The last pile foundation of binhai interchange of Hangyong multiple line ningbo phase I project was completed

Hangzhou-ningbo expressway double line Binhai Junction is the largest maritime interchange under construction in Asia and one of the key projects of Hangzhou-Ningbo double line project. There are 1745 bored piles, 17 submarine pipelines such as oil pipeline, natural gas, 500 kV cable, and jintang Bridge.  The completion of pile foundation will enable the hub to enter the substructure construction stage at full speed, which will be the ballast for the current investment expansion and steady growth. 

The first phase of hangyong multiple Line ningbo project spans Zhenhai District, Cixi City, Hangzhou Bay New Area and Yuyao City from east to west. The whole new line consists of east and west sections, with a total length of about 55.475 kilometers and an investment estimate of 17.991 billion yuan. It is expected to be completed in 2023.  The hangzhou-Ningbo expressway in construction is like a giant dragon winding around the shore of the East China Sea, nearly 15 kilometers of the whole sea section, so that this maritime super highway more mysterious.  In order to fully implement the effective investment deployment of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, Zhejiang Transportation Group Zhejiang Transportation Construction has scientifically organized and increased investment. Up to now, the total investment of the project has been 13.897 billion yuan, accounting for 77.2% of the total estimated investment, and the overall image progress is 81.78%. 

The construction area of the project is mainly offshore beach and shallow sea, where the water level is too shallow to use ships for erection. We changed the sea area into land area for construction by constructing steel trestle bridge.  At the same time, in order to solve the domestic beam transport rack single most reforming hole prefabricated box girder making, lifting, moving, frame and other procedures, we developed and applied the 'beam farm manager' information system, to achieve the prefabricated beam farm information, automation, standardized management.  Referring to the technical problems in the project construction, Yang Cheng 'an, deputy general manager of the company, introduced. 

At the precast center of the project, rows and rows of large structures measuring 3.2 meters high and 16.3 meters wide and weighing 1,800 tons are ready to go.  Soon, these big guys will be built by the way of carrying beams on beams through the JQ1800 type "Yue Hai" bridge erecting machine, which is the first independent research and development of China and the largest bridge erecting machine in the world at present.
