A: Stock Samples sent out within 48 hours, mass production will be ready within 25 days.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or applications. Secondly, we quote you cost according to your needs or our suggestions. Thirdly, clients confirm the samples and pay deposit for the order. Then we will arrange the bulk production.
5. Q: Can I take samples?
A: Of course.We will provide samples. Samples fee will be returned to you when you order.
6.Q: How do you guaranty your quality?
A: Our products are produced under strict quality control system. During the production, the mold, refine, forming, spraying, and silk printing, every process will be passed by the professional and experienced QC team, then next process. Before packing, we will test them one by one, to ensure the defects rate will be less than 0.2%.
7. Q: Can I customize my logo?
A: Yes,of course.The OEM is available.We have our design team.who have more than 5 years experience.We will do the creation in your requirement and make your image come true.
8.Q: How to deal with the defects?
A: During the guarantee period, we will send you new products with new orders for small quantity. As the defective batch products, we will free change new ones for you or we can discuss the solution including recall based on the problems.
9. Q: What is your terms of payments?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before the delivery. we will show you the photoes of the products and the packages before you pay the balance.
