About the Notice:
1. MOQ : One 40HC for SINGLE product with ONE color only , otherwise we do not accept any customization such as carton and instruction manual.
2. The third-party inspection：Charge an additional 160 US Dallor for each container.
3. Lead time : Around 75 working days after receive deposit in peak season；Around 30 working days after receive deposit in off season
4. Delayed shipment: If the shipping schedule is delayed for more than 1 month, YMOUTDOOR has the right to dispose of the customer's deposit and ordered products.
5. Valid: 15 days
About customization :
1. Customized logo: We can provide laser lettering service for logo (size≤20*20cm）based on our order MOQ only, but 4.5 yuan per logo should be charged.40% deposit and must delivery within one month.There are only one option for logo's color and it is a normal phenomenon that the color of logo on products withslight different.
2. Custom color: Reach the QTY of 3*40HC can customize the existing color card library colors of the factory except White and Ashen, and 5*40HC QTY cancustomize any one color which provide by customers themseles ,excepting some light color.
3. Customized packagings: Customers can customize the A5 size manual, two-color brown box layout, hanging card and 2 A4 stickers for the order which meet MOQ requirment, otherwise we will charge extra fees. Must contact the salesman again to update the quotation if the requriments is exceeded factory standard.
About the payment:
1. Account: Only accept remittance for business, including enterprise Alipay account.
2. Currency: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy for US Dollar ; 30% deposit and 70% balance before shippment for CNY included Tax
About color difference:
1. The images are the picture after modification and adjustment of computer software , and try to keep consistent with the physical product.
2. However, due to software limitations, display color deviation and individual's different understanding of color, a few images may be different from the physical products.Please confirm the Pantone color number and the physical picture with your account executive before placing an order.
3.There may be slight color difference due to different master batches.
About testing:
1. Please confirm the sample and finish all tests before placing the order. Once the order have been accept by SUKK, we assume that the customer has acceptedour products.
2. If the order have been delayed or cancelled due to testing result or other problems after placing the order, we will charge extra fees.
Information Confirmation :
1. Please DOUBLE CHECK your item number, color, special requirements, export country , shipment date and other raleted infoamtions before payment. MUST evaluate the order volume and sales status in advance.
2. Please DO NOT modify any informations after orders confirmed. Any modification will cause a corresponding cost.
About inspection.
1. The third party inspection should follow GB2828-1 standard, MIL-STD-105E II standard, AQL is 1.5/4.0.
2. 2. YMOUTDOOR's self-inspection ratio is 3%. If the customer's open box inspection ratio is higher than the factory standard, the packing fee will be $2/box.
3. 3. Since all products are assembled once and cannot be disassembled twice, only one set of products with different SKUs but same specifications can be assembled.Assembling. If there are any assembly problems, they can be assembled again for verification.

About product error.
1. Due to the molding process (raw material batch, weather temperature, manual measurement of machine size and temperature, etc.), it is normal to have ±1.5% error in the size and weight of the products.

About the cancelled orders.
1.
