Hanging your hammock

Step 1: 

Tie a knot hoop, as per the step-by-step rope tying instructions included with your hammock.

Step 2 - Loop

Loop the rope around the tree and through the knot hoop. Pull the rope to tighten around the tree.

Step 3 - Clip

Make another new knot hoop using the rope hanging from the tree. Clip your carabiner to it.

Step 4 - Hang

Repeat on both sides and hang your hammock. Now sit back, relax and enjoy!

Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our papal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 days to reach.

Q3: Can I customize my logo or redesign the products?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color and pattern available as well. We still have our own design team. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impression.
